The STARTER™ and RAPID™ levels both include standup and laydown equipment, as well as sunless sprays. So, no matter what type of tanner you are there is something for you in either level.

That being said, our highest levels of beds have much higher levels of UVA and much less UVB(which is the ray responsible for burning), resulting in a quicker, safer, less likely to burn, tan. Just be sure not to take on too much exposure at once when starting out.
The Sol STARTER™ membership offers $10 single session upgrades to any session of RAPID™. Just let your Sol Tanning Sun Pro™ know that you want to upgrade for the day. If you wish to upgrade your entire membership, we would be happy to help. Contact us through the website or visit your nearest Sol Tanning.
Yes. Accounts can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months at a time and for the minimum of 1 billing cycle. Frozen accounts will be billed a $5 monthly service fee and can be unfrozen at any time. Freeze requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle.
No. Months that are already pre-paid in full cannot be frozen. Only future months that have not been billed yet can be frozen. Frozen accounts will be billed a $5 monthly service fee.
Accounts can simply be cancelled by choosing the “cancel” option in your membership portal. Cancel requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to become effective and the “minimum month” requirement must be fulfilled prior to cancelling.

Only our approved indoor, acrylic safe, tanning lotions are allowed for use in our stores and equipment. Under no circumstance are tanning oils allowed in any rooms or equipment. We highly suggest you shop for a lotion with us or show your Sol Tanning Sun Pro™ your current lotion to ensure it is allowed. Failure to follow this rule may result in a terminated account.
YES! You should NOT be tanning your skin without the proper rehydration tools. Failure to use one of our specially formulated lotions may result in dry, damaged skin. Dry skin does not tan, is more susceptible to burning, and is dangerous to your physical health. ALWAYS use one our specially formulated tanning lotions.
At least 18 years of age for UV Tanning. There are no state age restrictions for Sunless Spray.
Yes. Failure to use proper UV eye protection may result in damage and complications to the eyes. Eyewear is always available for purchase or borrowed use in-store.
No. All our services are “walk-in” only, considering the short and timely service types we offer. However, you can access the live feed Room Status of the store to see current wait times with the Sol Tanning mobile app.

Typically, most sunless sprays will last anywhere from 5-10 days. Many variables play a role such as how frequently you shower and exfoliate, how often you are exposed humid/sweaty conditions, and how frequently you swim or soak in pools/hot tubs.

NO! You must FULLY shower again after any sunless development time us up. “Rinsing off” may lead to an uneven, blotchy, and streaky spray.
Unfortunately, not. We are not able to offer refunds on any tanning services considering we do not control how you handle your pre/post-care routine. Follow the instructions given and you will have the perfect sunless glow.
Red Light Therapy is a service we offer which utilizes low level wavelengths to aid in cell regeneration, restore cell function and trigger blood flow. In turn, it helps to heal our bodies and relieve pain. Regarding tanning specifically, Red Light helps to activate more melanin in turn, helping you achieve a faster tan. Paired with one of our collagen boosters, adding Red Light into your routine will also help aid in reducing wrinkles and providing you with younger, healthier looking skin.

The Hydro is a 20-minute vitamin-infused steam session in our Hydro pod, perfect for rehydrating and replenishing the skin. Think of it as a “fully body facial”.
Hydro sessions should ALWAYS be done before your tanning or sunless session. It is very important that you do not come in contact with liquids for a period of time following your Sunless or Tanning session, especially when you are using one of our high-quality indoor tanning lotions that may contain DHA.
