Unopened lotion products may be returned to any Sol Tanning location within 3 days of in-store purchase or delivery for store credit only.
Returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise, with the original tags attached, may be made within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please contact us if you have experienced recent medical conditions that would affect your ability to use your membership, or if you have moved (greater than 25 miles away) from one of our locations. We are happy to modify/change membership plans under these circumstances. Proof of these conditions will be required.
