If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. Sol Tanning only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this website and the services we offer, at any time, for any reason.

By using this website and/or mobile app, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Sol Tanning assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. You agree that no refunds or credits of any sort will be issued for any liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
FAILURE TO USE EYE PROTECTION provided to the customer by the tanning facility may result in damage to the eyes. OVEREXPOSURE to ultraviolet light causes burns. REPEATED OVEREXPOSURE may result in premature aging of the skin and skin cancer. Abnormal skin sensitivity or burning may be caused by reactions of ultraviolet light to certain: foods, cosmetics, or medications such as: tranquilizers, diuretics, antibiotics, high blood pressure medicines, birth control pills.
Any person taking a prescription or over-the-counter drug should consult a physician before using a tanning device. A person with skin that always burns easily and never tans should avoid a tanning device. A person with a family or past medical history of skin cancer should avoid a tanning device. No guarantees of specific results are offered or implied. You agree that you understand the risks involved and are proceeding at your own risk. You hereby agree that you have been properly informed and agree to release Sol Tanning, its employees, operators, successors, and manufacturers from any damages that you might incur at any Sol Tanning facility.
Generally, we will charge your payment method for an item when we ship the item to you or confirm its availability. For digital items, including but not limited to, single sessions, single months, guest passes, etc., we will charge your payment method when you complete the purchase, or the product is placed in your account and available for use. However, we will preauthorize your order amount (including for pre-orders) with your payment method at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available account balance or credit line. If a preauthorization of a pre-order expires before fulfillment, the preauthorization will be reversed and another preauthorization will be made closer to the confirmed availability date.
An order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the cancelled portion of the order.
Sol Cash Rewards is a Sol Tanning loyalty program where members earn on every purchase, except on Gift Cards, taxes, and fees. Plus, benefits include special perks, savings, surprises and more.
Each dollar spent earns 1 point. 100 points equals $10 in Sol Cash Rewards™. When shopping in-store at Sol Tanning, points will be issued immediately after your purchase is complete. For soltanning.com, your points will generally be issued once the order ships or, if a digital purchase, then once the order becomes available to your account. Sol Cash will have set use/expiration dates and can be used towards any purchase either online or in-store at your nearest Sol Tanning location. Sol Cash will, in no way, be redeemable after expiring. Sol Cash Rewards™ carry no real cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
If you purchase an item during pre-sale, your points will be issued once the purchase is final. For purchases of any item that will be delivered (i.e. lotions, merch, etc.), your points will be issued once your order is shipped and payment is processed.
Once you earn enough points to receive $10 in Sol Cash, you will be notified by email (if you are signed up to receive emails from Sol Tanning). Sol Cash will also automatically appear in your Digital Wallet on soltanning.com when it becomes available to use, and also available in the rewards section of the Sol Tanning mobile app.
You are authorizing regularly scheduled charges to be made to your card on file. You will be charged the amount indicated at the time of purchase on the first day of each month, of each billing period, for an agreement of a minimum 3 full monthly payments and 1 initial partial month, plus a one-time $20 activation fee. A confirmation/receipt for each payment will be provided to you, per your request, and the charge will appear on your bank statement. You agree that no prior notification will be provided unless the billing date or amount changes, in which you will be notified electronically.
Cancellations are not eligible until the minimum agreed number of months have been paid in full. Contract will continue on a month-to-month basis after month 3, and billing will remain in effect until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing date, otherwise regular billing for the following month will remain in effect. Accounts can be frozen upon request for a maximum of 2 months, which incurs a $5.00 monthly service charge, and can be unfrozen at any time. Any guest passes accumulated or purchased will no longer be available to frozen or cancelled accounts. Failure to use the facilities does not constitute a refund or credit of any form.
You agree that, under no circumstance, may your membership be shared or used by any persons other than yourself, with the exception of having available guest passes. Additional guest passes can be purchased during the active membership for $15.00 each, plus tan tax. Any guest passes accumulated or purchased will no longer be available to frozen or cancelled accounts. You agree that you authorize your card on file to be billed $15.00, plus applicable tan tax, for each instance your membership is used by any person other than yourself. You will receive email confirmation of the guest pass receipt following the charge. We reserve the right to verify identification through means such as, but not limited to, checking photo ID, various in-store account verification methods, reference of 24/7 video surveillance of check-in areas, etc.

Sol One requires no-commitment. Cancellations are eligible anytime 15 days prior to the next billing date, otherwise regular billing for the following month will remain in effect. Contract will continue on a month-to-month basis after month 1, and billing will remain in effect until cancelled. Sol One memberships do not have the ability to be frozen. Any sessions accumulated or purchased during the membership must be used, otherwise they will no longer be available after cancelling the membership. Failure to use the facilities does not constitute a refund or credit of any form.
You agree that an active student ID and student email will be added and verified prior to activation of your Sol Student Semester Deal. You are authorizing a one-time charge of $99, plus tan tax, to the credit card on file. This is not a recurring membership. A receipt for the payment will be provided to you, per your request, and the charge will appear on your bank statement. You agree and understand that, if it is a spring sign-up deal, the membership will end immediately on 5/31, and on 12/31 if it is a fall sign-up deal of the sign-up year. Upgrades to RAPID™ level spray sessions and Hydro sessions will additionally cost $10.00 each, plus tax. Student semester accounts cannot, under any circumstance, be frozen, extended, refunded or partially refunded. Failure to use the facilities does not constitute a refund or credit of any form. You may interact with Sol Tanning in numerous ways, including but not limited to, Reviews and Ratings, Questions and Answers, Community Forums, testimonials, and email communication. You hereby grant Sol Tanning a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, monetize, transmit, publish, display, delete, create derivative works from, and distribute any information (except order information sent via email or phone) or materials you share with us throughout the world in any media, including when you allow Sol Tanning to feature text, images and videos shared through social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest) or submitted through our Reviews and Ratings. You also grant us the right to use the name and social media handle that you use when you share content with us in connection with that content. For this reason, do not send us any content that you do not wish to license to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses granted in this section, including but not limited to permission from or on behalf of any individuals that appear in the information to use, and grant to third parties such as Sol Tanning the right to use, their name, image, voice and/or likeness without compensation to you or any other person or entity. You further irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding information that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory. When you share content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not share anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.
You agree that all software, coding, logos, themes, artwork, concepts, materials and dialog used in the sale of the retail products and services provided on this website are the exclusive property of Sol Tanning, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property, unless otherwise clarified in writing. You also agree that you will not reproduce, redistribute or copy the intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You will also not utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) without first obtaining Sol Tanning’s prior written consent.
Sol Tanning does not own, nor claim to own, the intellectual property rights to materials and works displayed on the website that may include images and media of various tanning/salon equipment and Non-Sol Tanning branded retail products. We respect the intellectual property rights of all brands. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact us directly to come to an agreement.
